Was born on 22 March 1982 in Kremenchug, Poltava region, Ukraine
2000 – 2004 – studied in Sumy National Agrarian University, Management Faculty (Bachelor degree in Management).
2004 – 2005 – studied in Sumy National Agrarian University, Management Faculty (Master degree in Management).
2005 – 2019 – had positions: economist of Economic – Agreement Department (2005-2008), deputy head of Economic – Agreement Department (2008-2018), and chief economist (2019) of Sumy regional enterprise «Fund of investment of objects of social and industrial spheres», which realizes state and regional programmes to support individual dwelling building in the village «Own house».
2014 – finished PhD course of Sumy National Agrarian University in Economics and Enterprise Management (08.00.04).
2015 – received PhD in Economics Science on Topic «Economic justification of innovative activity of agrarian enterprises» (08.00.04).
2015 – 2019, had a position of PhD in Economics Science, assistant professor of the Department of International economic Activities and European Integration of Sumy National Agrarian University (part-time work).
Since 2019 – a position of Senior Lecturer of the Public Management and Administration Department.
The main courses are: «Planning and evaluation of projects» (on Ukrainian and English), «Territorial economical governance» (on Ukrainian and English), «Project management of local and regional development (on Ukrainian), «The concept of sustainable development of region» (on Ukrainian).
Areas of scientific research: The formation of the mechanism of state management of sustainable development of rural areas.
