Was born on September 1, 1970 in the city of Sumy.
After finishing the 8th grade of the school in 1985, she entered the Sumy Technical School of the Sugar Industry, which she graduated with honors in 1989.
From 1989 to 1994, she studied at Sumy State University, qualified as an “Electrical Engineer”.
After graduating from university, she worked as an accountant in the private enterprise “Ekostyl”.
From 1996 to 1997, she studied at the Kyiv Institute of Professional Development and Retraining of Personnel of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Ukraine, awarded the qualification “Economist in Financial Work”.
Since 1997, he has been an assistant at the Department of Accounting and Auditing at the Sumy National Agrarian University.
In 2002, she defended her thesis for the degree of candidate of economic sciences on the topic “Features of the development of the social infrastructure of the village in the conditions of reforming agricultural enterprises (based on the materials of the Sumy region)” with the specialty 07.08.02 – Economics of agriculture and agro-industrial complex.
By the decision of the attestation board of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated April 28, 2004, he was awarded the academic title of associate professor of the department of accounting and auditing.
On December 25, 2012, she defended her thesis for the degree of Doctor of Economic Sciences on the topic “Institutional support for the sustainable development of rural areas” in the specialty 08.00.03 – Economics and management of the national economy.
By the decision of the attestation board of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated February 25, 2016, he was awarded the academic title of professor of the Department of Accounting.
Main educational disciplines: “Agrarian policy” (in Ukrainian, English), “Strategy of sustainable development of nature and society” (in Ukrainian).
Areas of scientific research: Improvement of institutional support and state management of sustainable development of rural areas.
