She was born on July 16, 1975 in the village Kosivschyna, Sumy region, Sumy oblast.  After finishing Sumy secondary school №1, she entered Sumy Agricultural Institute, Faculty of Economics. In 1997 she got the diploma with honors.

In 1996, she completed a professional internship at the Allgau Cattle Association (Kempten, Germany), after which she passed the competition and started her study at University of Applied Sciences Weihenstephan-Triesdorf (Germany) under the international program “Agricultural Management”. During the study, she received Goethe-Zertifikat C1 in German language. She had written diploma thesis “The market of dairy products in Germany and Ukraine”, successfully passed exams and received a certificate with honors at the University of Applied Sciences Weihenstephan-Triesdorf.

From 1997 till 1998 she has been working as an assistant at the University of Applied Sciences Weihenstephan-Triesdorf and gathering data on the selected scientific topic.

In May, 2002, she has successfully defended Ph.D. thesis in Economic Sciences, titled “Improving the organizational and economic mechanism of information and consultation providing in agrarian business infrastructure (based on Sumy region)”.

2002-2019 – Associate Professor of the Department of Foreign economic activity management and European integration.

Since 2019, she has been working as an Associate Professor of the Department of public management and administration.

 

Main academic disciplines: “Business management”, “Production Economics”, “Management consulting” (Ukrainian and German languages of teaching).

Research area: Management of rural innovative development.
