Date and place of birth: born on 16 July 1975 in the village of Kosivshchyna, Sumy district, Sumy region.
Education:
1992-1997 – studied at the Sumy Agricultural Institute, specialising in Agricultural Management. In 1997, graduated with honours and received a diploma of higher education.
1996-1998 – studied at the Weihenstephan-Trisdorf University of Applied Sciences (Germany) on the international programme ‘Agricultural Management’. After writing her diploma thesis on ‘Dairy Market Conditions in Germany and Ukraine’, she received a certificate from the Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University of Applied Sciences with honours.
In 2002, she successfully completed her postgraduate studies at Sumy State Agrarian University and defended her PhD thesis on ‘Improving the organisational and economic mechanism of information and consulting support in the infrastructure of agricultural business (based on the materials of Sumy region)’.
In 2004, she received the academic title of Associate Professor of the Department of Foreign Economic Activity Management.
In 2019, she successfully defended her dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Economics on the topic ‘Management of innovative development of rural areas: theory, methodology, practice’.
2022 – awarded the academic title of Professor of the Department of Public Management and Administration.
