Was Born on August 31, 1963 in Lebedyn, Sumy region.
From 1969 to 1979 studied at high schools in Poltava and Sumy regions.
In 1979 entered the Sumy Branch of Kharkiv Agricultural Institute named after V. Dokuchaev to the Faculty of Economics, which graduated in 1984, having received the qualification of economist-organizer of agricultural production.
In 1984 she worked as the chief economist of a collective farm in the Lebedyn district of Sumy region.
In 1984-1985 she studied at the Faculty of Pedagogy of Ukrainian Agricultural Academy.
In 1985-1987 she worked as a teacher of economic disciplines of the Malovystorop State Technical College named after P. Rybalko.
In 1987-1988 she worked as a Senior Researcher at the Economics Department of Elite SSPO, Sumy region.
In 1988-1990 she studied at the postgraduate course at the Institute of Agrarian Economy, NAAS, Kyiv.
22.04.92 defended her thesis for a Candidate Degree in Economics.
Since 02.09.91 she works at Sumy NAU at the Department of Management in the fields of agriculture.
Since 1996 she has got the title of Associate professor.
Since September 2019 she works at the Department of Management as an Associate professor.
The main courses are: Management of organization, Pedagogy and Psychology, Methods teaching in higher education, Methods of teaching and organization.
