Date and place of birth: October 6, 1968; Sumy, Ukraine.
Education:
- 1994 – Graduated from Sumy State University with a degree in Industrial Electronics, qualifying as an electronics engineer. Subsequently pursued postgraduate studies and obtained the academic degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences (PhD equivalent) specializing in Environmental Economics.
- 2015 – Defended a doctoral dissertation specializing in the Economics and Management of the National Economy.
Holds the academic ranks of Associate Professor (2001) and Professor (2021).
Educational and methodological publications
Research interests encompass economic innovation processes, the information economy, and the economics of the environment and natural resources. He is the author and co-author of numerous research papers, textbooks, and study guides, and is actively engaged in research regarding economic development and innovation. He has completed international internships in Poland and the Czech Republic.
