In accordance with paragraph 15 of Article 62 of the Law of Ukraine “On Higher Education” and the Regulation on the Organization of the Study of Elective Courses by Higher Education Students, approved by the Academic Council of SNAU on September 18, 2020 (https://snau.edu.ua/zabezpechennya-yakosti-osviti/politika-i-proceduri), the faculty establishes the following algorithm for exercising the right of students to choose elective academic disciplines.

Students are provided with the opportunity to choose academic disciplines within 25% of the total scope of their educational program. The selected courses will be included in the individual study plan of each student, and the learning outcomes will be recorded in the diploma supplement.

Students may choose from specific courses in the curriculum.
In the current academic year, the selection applies to courses planned for the following academic year.

Enrollment in a block of elective courses is done by filling out the respective electronic application form, which includes information about the student and the list of selected courses. The form is available on the website of the Faculty of Economics and Management in the section “Elective Courses for General Master’s Training.”

Students who do not make their choice and do not fill in the official electronic form will be assigned to groups based on the preferences of other students. The minimum number of students required for an elective course to be offered is 20–25. If the group size is too small, the course will be canceled, and the students will be assigned to their next-priority choices.
