From January 5 to 9, Sumy National Agrarian University hosted the SNAU 2026 Winter School, a career guidance event for high school students. The event was aimed at familiarizing students with the university’s educational opportunities and modern educational environment and became an effective platform for communication between future applicants and the university community, combining practice, science, and live communication.
The Faculty of Economics and Management offered participants an introduction to the concept of “learning by doing,” teamwork on business ideas, practical case studies, strategic sessions, and final project pitching. Applicants had the opportunity to try their hand at being future entrepreneurs and managers by working on real business tasks.
Associate Professor Yana TSEBRO conducted an interactive training game “LEVEL 2: LEADERSHIP LAB” as part of the Winter Business School. The class on “Dream Team & SWOT: Strategy for Victory” turned the classroom into a real testing ground. Participants did not just listen to theory, but actively immersed themselves in management processes: team building, SWOT battle of projects, practical results.
“Such games help young people understand that management is not only about documents, but first and foremost about people, strategic thinking, and the ability to work in a team,” notes Yana TSEBRO.
We thank the participants for their creativity and inexhaustible energy! We hope that the knowledge gained will be the first step towards a conscious choice.
