Scientists from Sumy National Agrarian University are among the winners of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine’s competitions for scientific research and development, which will be funded in 2026 from the State Budget of Ukraine. The results were approved by orders of the Ministry of Education and Science No. 22 and No. 23 of January 9, 2026.
In the scientific field of “Human Capital Development, Social Sciences, and Journalism,” state support was received for the implementation of the project “Adaptive Human Capital Management in the Renewable Energy Sector: Synergy of Innovation and Social Sustainability.” The project is led by Natalia STOYANETS, Doctor of Economics, Professor of the Department of Management named after Professor L. I. Mikhailova. The project focuses on the development of human potential as a key resource for the “green” transformation of energy. The research aims to develop approaches to competence management, training, and retraining in the context of technological change.
This success is the result of many years of work and deep expertise in green transformation issues by the project team. The project, aimed at developing human potential and adapting professional competencies to technological change, is of strategic importance for the future of Ukraine.
