Continual development and improvement of professional skills is the key to quality modern education. Head of the Department of Management named after Professor L.I. Mikhailova Alvina OREKHOVA and Associate Professor Victoria TKACHENKO successfully completed internal academic mobility in the form of a scientific internship.
The programme took place at the Sumy Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education from 19 November to 26 December 2025.
The internship topic, ‘Scientific and pedagogical aspects of organising educational activities in educational institutions,’ is extremely relevant to modern realities. Over the course of 180 hours (6 ECTS credits), the department’s teachers explored issues related to the implementation of innovative technologies in education management, the deepening of competencies in the management of educational institutions, and the improvement of skills in the management of educational services.
‘This internship was an important step towards improving management processes and implementing effective solutions in our education system,’ say colleagues.
The result of the training was not only the receipt of certificates, but also the development of new strategies that will be integrated into practical activities to raise training standards.
