On October 2, 2024, at the Department of Management named after Professor L.I. Mikhailova, a public presentation and discussion of the scientific results of the dissertation research of postgraduate student Joshua Linus BAKA on the topic: “Management of motivation system of personnel at the enterprises” took place. Scientific supervisor – Associate Professor Lyudmila DASHUTINA.
The postgraduate student demonstrated a deep understanding of the topic of scientific research and presented original approaches to solving a relevant scientific problem.
