Pedagogical practice is one of the key links in the formation of not only professional, but also teaching competencies of young scientists. It is it that gives postgraduate students the opportunity to try themselves as a teacher, to polish their teaching and knowledge transfer skills.
At the Department of Management named after Professor L.I. Mikhailova, an important stage in the preparation of 2nd year postgraduate students of the educational and scientific program “Management” took place – the defense of reports on the results of pedagogical practice. The postgraduate students presented their work, shared their experience and answered questions from the NPP of the department.
During the defense, various forms of work were presented that postgraduate students used in the practice process: from conducting lectures and seminars to participating in the methodological work of the department and preparing educational materials. This allowed us to assess the level of their training, pedagogical potential and ability to work independently with the audience.
The Department’s Scientific and Professional Development Committee noted the high level of training of postgraduate students, their responsibility and desire for continuous improvement. The defense of the reports showed that young scientists are ready for teaching, possess the necessary knowledge and skills for successful self-realization in the educational process.
