Scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Management named after Professor L.I. Mikhailova became participants in the scientific online seminar “Artificial Intelligence and sustainable practices”, the speaker of which was Professor Tshilidzi Marwala, Rector of the United Nations University and Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations. The issues of using artificial intelligence and how it can contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals established by the United Nations were considered.

Professor Tshilidzi Marwala emphasized that higher education plays an important role in promoting research on artificial intelligence and sustainable practices through research, education and collaboration. By integrating these topics into academic programs and institutional practice, universities contribute to solving global problems and creating a more sustainable and just future.
