GUEST LECTURE BY PROFESSOR SVITLANA SHEKHVATSOVA, MATEJ BEL UNIVERSITY, SLOVAKIA

Research and teaching staff of the Department of Management named after Professor L.I. Mykhaylova and applicants for three levels of education of the ONP “Management”, OPP “Management of Organizations and Administration” and OPP “Management” became listeners of the guest lecture on the topic “Personality in Leadership and Management”, which was held by Professor Svitlana Shekhvatsova, Matej Bel University, Slovakia.

The lecture was devoted to the topical issues of leadership and management in the modern world, as well as the role of personality in these processes. Professor Svitlana Shekhvatsova shared her knowledge and experience, and also answered numerous questions from the audience.

This event was a great opportunity for scientific and pedagogical workers and students of SNAU to expand their knowledge and gain new ideas in the field of management.
