On September 23, 2025, Dmitry MALIKOV, representative of Olga Torg LLC, gave a guest lecture on “The Team as an Object of Management.”
The event was organized for students of three levels of education studying for a degree in D3/073 “Management” at Sumy National Agrarian University.
During the lecture, Dmitry Malikov shared his practical experience of managing a work team in the modern business environment and revealed the peculiarities of team building, staff motivation, organizational culture, and leadership. The lecturer paid particular attention to the issues of effective communication, conflict resolution, and building trusting relationships within the team, which are important components of sustainable enterprise development.
The students actively participated in the discussion, asking questions about the practical aspects of personnel management, the implementation of modern HR technologies, and the development of managerial competencies.
The meeting was a valuable educational experience that combined theoretical knowledge with real-life business cases and contributed to the development of professional skills of future managers.
