At the initiative of the Department of Management named after Professor L.I. Mikhailova, a guest lecture was held by Xia Yuanyuan, Doctor of Philosophy, Director of the Educational and Scientific Department of the Henan Institute of Science and Technology, PRC, on the topic “Personnel Management in Educational Institutions in China”.
