On February 28, 2025, an important discussion of the educational and professional (EDP) and educational and scientific (ESP) programs was held at the Department of Management named after Professor L.I. Mykhaylova with the participation of a wide range of stakeholders.
The following projects were submitted for consideration:
- Educational and professional program “Management” (Ukrainian/English) OS “Bachelor”;
- Educational and professional program “Management of organizations and administration” OS “Master”;
- Educational and scientific program “Management” OS “Doctor of Philosophy” (Ukrainian/English).
The event was attended by members of the project groups and the OPP and ONP support groups, stakeholders, employers, representatives of the academic community, graduates, higher education applicants, student self-government of the Faculty of Economics and Management. Among the participants, it should be noted:

- Volodymyr OREL, Doctor of Economics, Professor, Senior Researcher of the Institute of Animal Husbandry of the NAAS of Ukraine;
- Viktoria KULYK, Doctor of Economics, Professor of the Department of Management and Logistics of the Yuriy Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic National University;
- Anna OREL, Doctor of Economics, Professor of the Department of Marketing and Communication Design of the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design;
- Olena SKRYPNYK, Doctor of Philosophy in Management, graduate of 2021, Chairman of the Board of Helios Strategy, Poland;
- Mykola ZHELDUBOVSKYY, Director of PSP “Garant”, Sumy region;
- Denys SKRYPNYK, Doctor of Philosophy in Management, graduate of 2021, Vice President of Helios Logistics, Poland;
- Andriy CHORTENKO, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs of VSP “Sumy Professional College SNAU”;
- Andriy DUDCHENKO, Sumy Regional Department of JSC “Oschadbank”.
The participants actively participated in the discussion, expressing their opinions and providing valuable recommendations. All proposals will be carefully considered and taken into account when finalizing the educational programs.
