The Faculty of Economics and Management at Sumy National Agrarian University held a parade of faculty-wide elective components and elective disciplines of professional orientation for applicants for the first (bachelor’s) and second (master’s) levels of higher education in the educational programmes ‘Management’ and ‘Organisational Management and Administration’.
During the event, faculty members of the Faculty of Economics and Management presented educational components that develop modern management thinking, leadership qualities and competencies in students.
Particular attention was paid to practice-oriented courses that link theoretical knowledge with the real needs of the labour market and contribute to the training of competitive specialists in the field of management.
The parade of elective components was an important step in implementing a student-centred approach to shaping educational trajectories that meets European standards of educational quality and the strategic priorities of SNAU’s development.
