Defence of reports on professional internships and pre-diploma practice for master’s students

On 25 September 2025, the defence of reports on professional internships and pre-diploma practice for higher education students of the second (master’s) level of the educational programme ‘Organisational Management and Administration’ took place.
During the defence, higher education students presented the results of their completed tasks and demonstrated their ability to apply the knowledge they had acquired in the real-life conditions of economic activity in enterprises, institutions and organisations of various forms of ownership.
The commission noted the high level of preparation of the students, the relevance of the research conducted and the practical focus of the materials presented. Particular attention was paid to innovative approaches to personnel management, improvement of organizational processes, and the use of digital tools in management.
Successful completion of the internship and defense of reports is an important stage in the training of future specialists who will be able to effectively perform management functions and contribute to the development of a modern business environment.
