An important event took place at the Department of Management named after Professor L.I. Mikhailova – students of the second (master’s) level of higher education of the educational program “Organization Management and Administration” of the part-time form of study successfully defended their qualification works in a mixed format.
A distinctive feature of this year’s defense was the high level of practical orientation of the research. Since most part-time students are already practicing professionals and managers, their theses were based on real cases of Ukrainian enterprises and organizations.
The defenses took place in the format of active discussions. The members of the commission noted the ability of the masters to think critically, argue their position, and offer non-standard solutions to complex management tasks.
Obtaining a master’s degree in organizational management and administration opens up new career opportunities for graduates: from holding top management positions to implementing their own entrepreneurial projects.
