The Department of Management named after Professor L.I. Mikhailova hosted an extremely important and responsible event – the public defense of qualification works by applicants for the second (master’s) level of higher education in the full-time educational program “Organizational Management and Administration” in a mixed format.
The examination committee evaluated the results of the master’s students’ scientific research. The topics of the theses were impressive in their relevance and diversity: from the development of anti-crisis strategies for enterprises in conditions of martial law to the implementation of innovative models of digital management and personnel management in enterprises.
The defense was the final chord of the training, during which the applicants proved that they possess all the necessary competencies to hold management positions. Despite the challenges of distance learning and air raid sirens, the master’s students demonstrated a high level of self-organization and resilience.
We congratulate our master’s students on successfully completing this important stage! Ahead of them lie graduation and new career horizons.
