The Department of Management named after Professor L.I. Mikhailova hosted an exciting and informative event – an interactive quiz ‘Manager 4.0 Model: Interactive Exam’ for students majoring in Management. The event aimed not only to deepen the theoretical knowledge of higher education students, but also to develop their skills in quick decision-making, teamwork and critical thinking in conditions as close as possible to real business cases.
This quiz confirmed that the gamification format of the educational process is an extremely effective tool for stimulating cognitive activity and shaping the professional competencies of future managers.
