As part of the celebration of the Week of the Faculty of Economics and Management, an exciting and informative online quest ‘Management Maze’ was held for students majoring in Management. The event combined intellectual challenge, teamwork and practical application of management knowledge.
The quest was organised and conceived by Associate Professor Yana TSEBRO.
“A modern manager must be not only knowledgeable, but also flexible, able to make quick decisions in uncertain conditions. The Management Maze was created precisely to simulate such situations in a playful way. Students had the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of planning, organisation, motivation and control, as well as hone their critical thinking and teamwork skills. This is not just a test of knowledge – it is training for future management leaders,” commented Associate Professor Yana TSEBRO.
The online format allowed students from different courses to form virtual teams and complete a series of complex tasks covering key aspects of management theory and practice: from situational cases and logical problem solving to questions on the history of management thought.
All teams demonstrated a high level of preparation and remarkable creativity. After a tense competition, the winners were determined.
The successful completion of the online quest ‘Management Labyrinth’ once again confirmed the high level of preparation of the faculty’s managers and proved the effectiveness of interactive teaching methods.
