International internship of the associate professor of the department Associate Professor of the Department of Management named by Professor L.I. Mikhailova, Tetiana Mykolaivna Kharchenko, successfully completed an international internship at one of China’s leading universities, Henan Institute of Science and Technology. The internship lasted from October 14, 2024, to December 25, 2024, and became an important stage in the professional development of our teacher.
During the internship, Tetiana Mykolaivna had the opportunity to familiarize herself with modern methods of teaching and research in the field of management. She participated in seminars and conferences, where she exchanged experiences with colleagues from different countries. Particular attention was paid to issues related to management functions, the relevance of modern and classical management theories, and the development of self-management, which are extremely relevant for the development of our educational programs.
In addition, the internship gave Tetiana Mykolaivna the opportunity to immerse herself in Chinese culture and learn about its traditions and customs, which will undoubtedly influence her future work as a teacher.
