Associate Professor of the Department of Management named after Professor L.I. Mikhailova, Tetyana Mykolayivna Kharchenko, successfully completed an international internship at one of the leading universities in China – Henan Institute of Science and Technology. The internship lasted from October 14, 2024 to December 25, 2024 and became an important stage in the professional development of our teacher.
During the internship, Tetyana Mykolayivna had the opportunity to get acquainted with modern methods of teaching and research in the field of management. She participated in seminars and conferences, where she exchanged experience with colleagues from different countries. Special attention was paid to issues related to the functions of management, the relevance of modern and classical theories of management, and the development of self-management, which are extremely relevant for the development of our educational programs.
In addition, the internship gave Tatyana Nikolaevna the opportunity to immerse herself in the culture of China, to study its traditions and customs, which will certainly influence her further activities as a teacher.
